Phillip DeVillier was born and raised in Eunice and graduated from St. Edmund Catholic School. He then graduated from Louisiana State University – Eunice and Louisiana State University with his Bachelors in Business Administration. He is the owner of DeVillier Home Movers.
He is married to the former Lisa Savoie, and they are raising their three children (Savannah, Jillian, and Cooper) in Eunice. Rep. DeVillier was elected to the Louisiana House of Representatives in October of 2015 and serves on the following committees: Ways & Means, Natural Resources, and Agriculture.
